5. Reservation of Performance for Undeliverable Goods

If the goods ordered cannot be delivered within 30 days following the day after your order, we may withdraw from the contract, even if we previously confirmed that we were entering into it. If we withdraw, you will be informed that the goods are not available and you will be reimbursed immediately for the consideration you have already provided.

6. Price and Additional Costs

7. Payment

Payment shall be made by one of the methods you have selected during the checkout process (being PayPal, VISA and MasterCard).

Until the purchase price is paid in its entirely, the goods remain our property.

9. Events outside the control of CHRISHA (HK) LIMITED

CHRISHA (HK) LIMITED shall not be held responsible for delay or failure to perform, if the delay or failure is caused by any act, event, non-happening, omission accident or circumstance beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to:

•civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;

•strikes or lock-outs (or other industrial action);

•national or local states of emergency,

•failure of transportation facilities, power or utility outages, earthquake, fire, explosion, storm, flood, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.

•impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

•the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

CHRISHA (HK) LIMITED 's performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the above continues.

10. Compatibility, Product Information

Please take care when placing your order to ensure that the Products you purchase are compatible for the intended use. 11. Return and Refund

In addition to your rights under the Sales of Goods Ordinance and other applicable laws, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store, you can return any Product purchased from the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store within 14 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the conditions set out below. Your legal rights in respect of defective goods are unaffected. For return of sale items, you will have to pay the additional shipping cost incurred.

13. Jewellery Warranty

CHRISHA JEWELLERY products are covered by a 30 (thirty) days warranty after the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defect does not cover damages on material such as breakages, scratches, cracks, tarnishing or damaged due to negligence and/or wear and tear.

We warranty the mounting for all gem stones and pearl and for the originality per description workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge, if any defects are found during this period is as a result of a manufacturer defects. Warranty excludes all damage caused by abuse, accident, misuse, or modification of the goods.

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.

Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase. Your warranty does not entitle you to replacements of lost items.

14. Liability

We warrant to you that any Product purchased from or through the CHRISHA JEWELLERY Online Store is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.

If CHRISHA (HK) LIMITED fails, at any time to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these Sales Terms, or if we fails to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which it is entitled under these Sale Terms this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.

19. Governing law and Jurisdiction
