ESBO with high oxirane oxygen (epoxy functionality) content is used to impart excellent heat stability in PVC formulations particularly requiring less metal salt stabilizers to limit migration, evaporation, extraction, and low odor that makes it suitable for the processing of food packaging and medical appliances.
