FR-8068 is an effective flame retardant containing both aliphatic and aromatic bromine . It imparts uniform dispersion during melt processing of polyolefin (homopolymer and copolymer) resins. It has good synergistic effect with antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) for maximum flame performance to meet Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 94 V-0 and V-2 rating.
