Zinc Stearate (SL) is a high purity grade produced through fusion process which has zinc content 10.3-11.3% with finess 325 mesh. It imparts excellent transparency, dispersibility and sanding properties. It is widely used as flatting agent for semi-gloss finishes and dispersing aid in the manufacture of varnishes and paints. It is most recommended as sanding aid for lacquers and lacquer sanding sealers.
